By now if you've been following me, you would have known that I do not believe in the existence of nonentity. I really believe that my God is too mighty to create something that is not important. Even the scripture confirms it that everything made by God is good,we all are fearfully and beautifully created.I personally believe if only we can help ourselves out the best will be seen in us all. Whoever that you're working with has a great deposit in him and sometimes if not until it's properly managed, the best can't be seen. Until we realize that no matter how bad someone is, he still have his good side then we can't do great things . I read this from Mary Kay Ash, founder and president of Mary Kay cosmetics sometimes ago and I quote here: "forget their mistakes and zero in one small thing they do right. Praise them and they'll do more things right and discover talents and abilities they never realised they had". Help them out, don't talk them down, your spoken words to them goes a long way to either motivate them or discourage them. Men are developed the same way gold is mined. When gold is mined, several tons of dirt must be moved to get an ounce of gold; but one doesn't go into mine looking for dirt- one goes in looking for the gold. We all want the situation of things around us to change positively, just try and develop those around you and gradually if that continues we will have a better society and a better world. Alan Loy McGinnis said: "there is no more noble occupation in the world than to assist another human being - to help someone succeed". Any where you find yourself as much as possible lend a helping hand, show them reason why they can be better. A good leader is the one who makes people think they have more ability than they have so they consistently do better work than they thought they could. If you want to be at the top and have good subjects, simply help them bring out the best in them.
GREAT LEADERS ALWAYS WANT TO HELP OTHERS SUCCEED.
