I am Aiyenigba Tobi.
The third of four children and the creative director of Toubies creations.
2. What brought about TOUBIE'S CREATION ?
Well, I will say, my love for freedom brought about the company
I felt working for myself will bring about the freedom to fully express myself and my innate abilities
3. What are the initiatives behind what you create (Inspirations). ?
I always feel there's a better way to do everything we are all doing now.
So when I want to create anything, I want to do it differently and better than it has previously been done
4. What is the level of Customer Service in your company. ?
If by customer service you mean how satisfied out clients are with our products, I'd say we are not doing bad.
Almost everyone we've sold to has come back to buy more from us. Some even bring friends too.
So I'll say our customer service is good
5. Is there any Promo that you want the readers or customers to be aware off.
We're not giving any major one at the moment.
But for as many Grow Up Naija fans that are reading this now, we will give them a 15% discount when they buy
6. With the level of Unemployment in the country what is your advice to graduates.
Hmmmm. My advice to them is that they should not wait for the government to help them before they go out and do what they can for themselves.
7. What will you tell your customers who have bought your products or even advertise your products in one way or the other
All we can say to them is that we are grateful! Very grateful. Because without customers, there's no way your business can survive.
