There's a common saying that good things don't come easily, that's just the truth.Good things are often difficult to achieve, as a matter of fact one of the ways to know if what you're doing is going to yield great result is the level of challenges you faced while doing it. The very moment you made up your mind to be great or do something great,be ready also to face challenges of all kinds depending on how great you want your results to be. Great achievers are those that are able to tackle all the challenges that come their ways. Little obstacle for small success and vice versa. You don't expect the challenge you faced while building a bungalow to be the same as the one you will face when you're building storey building. Life challenges come in proportionality to the result. I read this online sometimes ago that: "if you succeed in everything you're doing, then you're attempting things that are too easy". (Author unknown). If everything you do are always easy for you then, you're definitely doing what you know how to do, no one will ever start new thing or trying something greater than him/her and will not be faced with different kinds of challenges and not expecting obstacles while trying to do greater things is like expecting a vehicle to start without fuel in the tank, it's an unachievable venture. Expect obstacles for they bring out the best in you and teach you new things.
You see those taking lead in their various fields, they're those that never give up in the heat of obstacles while working on their purpose, same way if you really want to make impact and take lead in your field take the bull by the horn and face all the blockage coming your way. Take charge of everything around you, take charge of your challenges and look out for the solutions to the obstacles and after that just watch yourself moving up and nothing will be able to stop you.
GREAT LEADERS ARE THOSE THAT NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER HEAT OF THE CHALLENGE.
